Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities
* Each volunteer will get a volunteer t-shirt and food/beverage while volunteering
Thursday @ 8:00am - 1:00pm
Pre-Setup Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
- Setup feather flags
- Banners and tents throughout the course
- Rugs in the lobby
- Band stage setup
- Tables for the evening dinner
- Auction Tables and additional decorations
Dinner Registration & Guest Welcome Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
- Helping guests make sure they’re registered for bidding and have auction numbers
- Welcoming and helping find their tables
- Helping with Auction Questions
Thursday @ 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Dinner Service Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
- Helping serve water and food if necessary
- Clearing plates
- Helping dinner attendees if needed

Dinner Evening Take Down Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
- Assist in transitioning from dinner auction to prepare for golf event next day
Friday 6:30am – 8am
Pre-Registration/Golf Set-up Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
- Assist in setting up registration, swag, and mulligans area
- Help with signs
- Cart signs
Friday 8:00am – 11am
Registration & Welcome Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
- Assist with check in for teams
- Hand out swag bags
- Assist with breakfast needs
- Selling of Mulligans
- Selling of raffle tickets
- Assist in silent auction direction
Friday @ 8:00am - 3:00pm
Golf Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
- Hole in one watches
- Putting green management
- Warp zone management
Friday @ 3:00pm - Finished
Takedown Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
- Taking down all flags, banners, rugs, tables, hole sponsorships, etc.
- Remove all rugs and inside club materials
- Help the band stage take down
- Tables put away and stock up
