Bank of Idaho is re-opening our full-service capabilities!
Starting May 18th our lobbies will be open. We are excited to welcome the return of familiar faces, as well as new ones, as we make efforts to follow the guidelines set forth in Stage 2 of the Idaho Rebounds Plan. The communities we serve are our number one priority, so we've made extensive provisions to ensure the safety and health of our customers and employees.
1. CUSTOMERS FIRST. Bank of Idaho is committed to a healthy and safe banking experience. As we move forward with physical distancing guidelines, we want every guest to feel safe and welcome, and know that their health and well-being is our number one priority! While we must follow safety guidelines, our motto, "People Bank with People" has never been more relevant. The opportunity to safely speak face-to-face, person-to-person is a banking experience we hold in the highest regard, and throughout this process we want to remain as accessible and safe as possible.
2. HEALTH AND SAFETY. Each branch has received guidance as to proper sanitation procedures that will be carried out each business day to combat the spreading of germs. These cleaning efforts will follow guidelines set forth by the CDC, and includes such measures as disinfecting surfaces between guest visits, upon every hour, and providing an ample supply of pens and other supplies to avoid reuse between customers. In addition to these precautionary procedures, Bank of Idaho has ordered additional quantities of medical masks, to be distributed to community partners and customers on request.
3. PHYSICAL SEPARATION. While being open to the public is a step in the Rebound Plan we've all been looking forward to, maintaining physical distancing measures is essential to the progress of our community's health. To help our guests comply with safety procedures, all branches will have floor stickers and plexiglass shields to aid in maintaining safe physical distances and providing effective protective barriers.
4. EASY-ACCESS BANKING OPTIONS. Complimentary measures such as drive-throughs, online banking, and mobile banking are being maintained with redoubled attentiveness for the convenience of all who would rather continue their banking business at a distance from their homes or autos.
All said, we're truly committed to meeting your banking needs in a way that is as easy and as safe as possible. We look forward to having a meaningful and safe interaction with you on your next visit!
