Transformation in progress!
We're working hard to convert Bank of Idaho's systems and will bring services online by Monday morning.
What You Need to Know
As part of this transition, your Bank of Idaho branch will join one of three bank divisions within the Glacier family of banks—each with a long history of local commitment and service. We’re committed to keeping you informed and making this transition as easy as possible. Here’s what to expect over conversion weekend:
Friday, September 5:
- All Bank of Idaho branches close by 12 noon or 1:00 pm Mountain for conversion weekend (times vary by branch).
- Digital banking becomes inquiry-only at 4:00 pm Mountain, mobile deposits cut off at 12 noon Mountain. Bill pay edits will be on pause, but scheduled payments will go through.
- Telephone banking becomes unavailable after 4:00 pm MDT.
- Bank of Idaho debit cards will work through the weekend. You will receive your new Division Bank cards via mail. Please continue to use your Bank of Idaho debit card until Monday.
Saturday, September 6 and Sunday, September 7:
- Systems are offline, including digital banking, online transfers, bill pay, ATMs, and branches will be closed.
Monday, September 8:
- Bank of Idaho reopens with a new name and upgraded systems. See Your New Glacier Bank Division section below for more information. Visit Citizens Community Bank, Mountain West Bank or Wheatland Bank’s customer resource center for information on accessing online and mobile banking.
- Activate your new debit card(s) and set up your PIN. Old Bank of Idaho cards will no longer work on Monday.
- Start using all of your new products, features and services by following the steps in the “After Conversion” section of the Notice of Change.
